As a design practitioner and creative leader with over 20 years of experience, I have built a career developing and fostering award-winning design practices at some of the smallest and largest agencies in the US. I currently serve as SVP Design Director at Leo Burnett in Chicago. 

Prior to Leo Burnett, I was a Creative Director at Fuzzco and a founding member of the brand design group, Ogilvy485.

Beyond the checklist of industry accolades, I have received international acclaim for my independent design and art projects. In 2007 I co-founded The Post Family, a Chicago-based artist collective that produced large-scale, interactive art installations across the country, led creative student workshops and developed a community-focused print shop focused on letterpress and screenprinting. In 2009 I founded 5x7, a publishing company to curate and design limited edition, 5x7 inch artists' books. I collaborate with artists, designers and illustrators from all over the world to challenge and enliven a standardized format.

My passion for creative problem solving and innate curious nature is found equally in my corporate endeavors and independent initiatives. It is this range and diversity of challenges that fuels me.
